The team here at Dirtee Money aim to have your purchase dispatched from our HQ within a 36 hour turn around time from purchase. All orders placed on the weekends get processed on Monday.
Please note with the whole COVID-19 shit going on delivery times can vary, we track all our products until they reach your dirtee little hands.

We use a wide range of couriers, depending on where about in the world you are situated. We track and trace all our garments to ensure the couriers don’t do a Dirtee on us. We also send you that number so you can track your gear on its way to you.
The Dirtee Money team are not responsible for any customs levy's and duties related to getting your purchase to you between country's.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Dirtee Money has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return / refund / exchange. To be eligible for a return, your garment must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The cost of getting the garment back to the Dirtee H.Q is your responsibility, if the product you receive is faulty or damaged then please include a receipt of the courier fee and we will refund that to you as well.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too but we will send you a confirmation once we have processed.
Requesting an exchange is a different story, in order to exchange a garment it is your responsibility to get the product back to our headquarters in the same condition it left us in. the cost of getting it back to us is on you and you will include $5 for new freight costings for us to send the product to you. You will also need to provide an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Before your purchase leaves the H.Q it is put through vigorous quality inspection to ensure your garment arrives to you in pristine condition ready for wear. Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
